I was initially given a room in building B. The room had lots of crumbs on the floor and I woke up to cockroaches. Called front desk and was told I could move rooms but I was not offered any assistance with moving rooms. When I called I was told to pack my belonging and go back to building A front desk and they would find me another room. I was traveling alone with my one year old and this was not and easy task. I was upgraded to a bigger room in building A, that was nice. And the new room was much cleaner.

Disappointed Booked this room for 2 days in a city where I was having a medical procedure performed. Signs at entrance stating no smoking but cigarette butts everywhere at the entrance lawn area, glass in the entrance doors filthy, tile at entrance filthy. I required rest after the procedure and anesthesia but the hotel was having its fire alarm system tested so every 10 minutes the alarm would go off as they tested every single room. Convenient It was okay, cheap and close by to where we needed to go but we just needed somewhere to stay the night afterwards since it was a little far from our house. There was half a small bottle of wine left in our fridge from the previous guests but other than that it was okay. A lot of good restaurants and stores close by!
