Check in was difficult. They could not find confirmation number but found our last name and my husbands name wasn't on the reservation even though I had entered it online. This caused problems trying to check in saying his name was required. Too much time spent trying to check in.

Staff was great. They fixed a bug with check in. Only thing was toilet flushed very weak.

First thing I noticed was trash had not been emptied. Door didn't open properly, shower diverter was stuck, bed looked as though it was slept in. Walls are extremely thin and bathroom vent next door could be heard all night long. Breakfast was typical Extended Stay granola bars and packaged muffins... so that was expected.
