The room has a strong smell of food, the bathroom has a smell of smoke, and there are many insects. The room above is directly above the ice machine that runs 24 hours a day and makes a loud noise every two hours. The cleaning staff does not clean the room, and the trash outside the room must be taken to the trash room by the guest. The cleaning staff is very rude. It is not recommended to stay at this hotel.

Roaches Cockroaches in my room. The smoke detector was halfway ripped off the ceiling so i don't know if it was working. The room and hallways smelled bad. There's not actually breakfast, just coffee. The place would have been ok, except for the roaches.

I ended up checking out and going to another hotel after two nights. It was just smelly from other people cooking and it was just unpleasant. There was a loud humming noise near our room, and the show had a significant leak the entire time.

AC didn’t work well, main entrance door was broken. I barely had any sleep.

Amal The manager Amal treated my family and myself abysmally. Knocked at our door in the middle of the night accusing us of smoking, and threatened to call the police if we did not allow her to enter “right this second”. We did not let her in because we were not dressed. We dressed ourselves and stayed up, waiting for the police to arrive. They never did. Long story short. I will NEVER stay at this extended stay again.

Staff are poorly trained: rude and unfocused, not to mention no interest to serve anyone and careless about how others think

Overall, the place was extremely blah. The heater in the room didn't work. No shampoo in the bathroom and it was a long walk to the front desk to get some. OK for a quick overnight, but that's about it. Best if you bring an extra blanket for yourself as the heater in the room did not work, would only blow cold air.

"Sometimes you pay an incidental fee .." I called extended stay America on Farwell in Fremont off of Mowry. +1 (510) 794-9693 I spoke to the front desk & the reservation department told me if I paid with a card that there isn't a deposit. When I checked in, front desk wanted to charge me $100 for incidentals. I told them that when I made the reservation I was told there wasn't a deposit because I've been with my card.
