Too old furniture ~ The room was so noisy that you can hardly sleep. The bed was worn out and you can see the inside of mattress which was disgusting.

A brief analysis. Vehicular access is difficult due to heavy traffic on Mission Blvd. No hair dryer or shampoo provided. Room was clean. Front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Plenty of kitchen amenities for longer stays. Decent value for the price.

Extended Stay- Warm Springs Checking in was a bit difficult. The room that I booked ended up being sold out and my friend and I had to share a King. The first night she tried sleeping on the recliner chair which didn't even recline, so we ended up just sharing since no roll aways were available. We stayed for 3 nights and had to exchange the towels each time we used them for clean ones which is kind of a hassle. The people there are kind of rude, but it was a pretty cheap deal so I guess you get what you pay for.

Won't go Back First of all, it was not clean at all, the floors had dark dirt stains(spots) through out the room, a baby could not even crawl due to its condition, it was extremely small for a studio, and it didn't have a comfy feeling to it, oh and the bed was very uncomfortable. Woke up with a bad back ache. But as for the customer service, it was the only good thing about this very hotel.

Awful room, excellent location The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was its location. The bed was uncomfortable, I felt like I was sleeping on the sidewalk. The room smelled musty and I could always smell what my neighbor was cooking, which happened to be something awful! The bathroom wasn't stocked with the usual amenities, e.g. shampoo, hair dryer. bad service visit friends no hair dry, needs to ask for front desk and, there has a open 7 up in the refrigrator @ hotel.
