Recent Stay Location was easy to get to as it was right off the Freeway..That is the good news. Rude front desk, hotel is not clean, windows to room nasty, bathroom hair in shower AND on toilet and one bed looked made while one set of pillows were clearly used on 2nd bed. And look forward to the comp breakfast.. Hope your kids like coffee because there is no juice or water. Coffee only..My first and last stay..

Awful - hair in the bathtub? When you check into a hotel after driving all day and find hair in the bathtub, you are less than enthused. There was also a cockroach trap under the kitchen sink. Yuck. Although I originally booked for three nights, we checked out the following morning. I recommend the Hampton Inn in Fremont, light years better than this property.

We did not stay. Because when we arrived at 9pm hotel room it had NOT BEEN CLEANED!! N they said a smoking room was available. NOT WHAT I HAD REQUESTED!!

Disappointing Experience Rooms were not clean. Housekeeping is not done every day, but once in 8 days. In-suite kitchen is practically unusable. One of the two hot plates on the cooking stove were not working. There were no pots and pans in the room to do any kind of heating/cooking. There is no conventional oven in the kitchen. Refrigerator seems to be dirty and not cleaned in a while. Because of no daily housekeeping, you don't get fresh towels every day, unless you go to front desk and ask for one. Photos are the biggest lie! Don't be cheated by the photos which are only taken by the professional. This is my first time with Extended Stay America - Fremont, and will be the last for me, my friend, just about anyone I know of. This hotel is rated 3.2 out of 5 and I believe most of the rating are manipulated and they were not at all telling you the whole story and the truth. Third strike - YOU'RE OUT! I arrived after dark, in a location with which i was totally unfamiliar. Yes, the hotel is right off the freeway, and that would have been great except...when I got to the lobby they informed me that they did not have a room because some of their long term guests decided not to check out. They wrote down the address of another property at which they booked me a room. Horrible experience. There was nothing good to present about our stay. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and arrived to find they were unable to provide rooms. Sent us to a lesser hotel with a much lower daily rate. Arrived at the hotel to find we would have to place an additional $100.00 deposit because it wasn't the second site's booking problem. It was not a good experience.

Booked with hotel.com. Took me almost four hours to get confirmation to the front desk from hotel .com and then only after making the phone call. PLace was convenient to job but the surrounding location is either fast food or Asian food.
