Great rooms staff always unavailable Dont expect much from the staff there to busy in back office Best to get your own breakfast Trash bins full in hallways Non smoking room. You can smell weed Rooms were nice
Decent hotel but way too noisy for any rest. Though it was convenient to get on the freeway and I could walk to the grocery store...it was so loud with traffic I could not sleep! I will not stay there again because of the noise. And when I called the front desk at 2 am for the obnoxious upstairs neighbors, I got an answering machine and the neighbors were never quieted down. Also dissapointed there was not dishwasher. Every other hotel with a kitchenette I have stayed in has had one (and we stay at a lot of them).
Got dirt? Oh, yes! Rubbing the bathroom sink and counter turned a paper towel black! Sheets had stains on them. Pillows smelled like dirty hair. When I reserved in advance, I asked for a ground floor room, so they gave me a third floor room, because at 5:30 pm, the "only" ground floor room had not been cleaned. The staff were congenial but unconcerned, even though I was limping badly and was having trouble managing their luggage cart on my own.
I stayed the night, because i live in the valley and work in fremont. i had picked up my key in the afternoon, before work, and when i got off work at 4am, my key to the room didnt work, i had just worked 14 hours at that point, very tired. i had to go to the front desk, they fixed it, after waiting for some time for them to stop talking to someone. the room was nice, but customer service could use some work. not happy.
Smelled like Banglore in our room We had a tough time enjoying this hotel because the only room available had a very foul curry smell to it that wouldn't go away. Our only options were to pick between that room and a smoking room... so basically we had to choose the lesser of two evils. Needless to say, that smell impacted our romantic time too--since this was the only night we had to spend with each other, and the VERY STRONG smell of the room wasn't too romantic.
The extended stay that was gross OMG I was extremelt disappointed from the time I checked in. No towels, room had the smell of urine. The staff was inable to help. No fresh towels, could not provide a hair dryer. Just the worst time. Sorry ESA I won't be back
To my disappointment the stay was bad! When I checked in, the room was not stocked with towels and not very clean. I asked for a hair dryer, am nd they said they did not supply them. In eight days my room was never serviced. There was mildew on the shower curtain and the tiolet also showedmildew ring.I ahve complained to corporate and the regional management.
Very Bad Experience I booked a queen but arrived to find that there was only rooms with twin beds left. It didn't end there though, the check-in process took over 30 minutes even though it was 3am and the lobby was empty. Once we arrived at the room one of the beds smelled like someone had just slept in it. The worst part was that the shower kept leaking all night; it was like water torture.
