Do not stay here! Horrible rooms! I was first attracted to the location, it was just a couple of miles away from where I needed be with plenty of food options available nearby. When I pulled into the parking lot and walked up to the lobby I noticed garbage cans in the area overflowing. Cigarette butts all over the entranceway and homeless people loitering the area. They cancelled our reservation! When we showed up we were told our reservation was cancelled due to overbooking and we have no room. Desk attendant was very blasé and couldn’t care less about the situation. Had to find other accommodations at 9:30pm on a Saturday night with an event happening at Save Mart Center, not easy. There was trash in the parking lot. The room smelled. The TV seemed dark. There were roaches in the parking lot. We had to get the keys reprogrammed as they would not open the door...disappointed.

Room was not clean hairs on bed in the tub water didn’t drain fast

Never again, motel 6 is better. The room was dirty. Pubic hairs on the toilet seat and in the shower. The nightstand was very worn with chips out of it and needed to be replaced. For an extended stay I expected to have dishes and glasses but found out you have to go to the front desk to check them out. No soap to wash the dishes, fridge smelled stale and the ice that I made tasted disgusting. The bed was very hard and the blankets extremely thin. I have had much better rooms from a motel 6. 50 min wait for checkin with no manager on site. It took 50 minutes of standing in line just to check in. My girlfriend came down to fresno for a wedding and planed to get to the hotel an hour early so that she could Finnish getting ready... needless to say she had to do everything she could in our car while I waited 50 minutes at the office to check in.
