The heater did not work, and there was a draft through the door.

My check in was great. Then i was locked out of my room when got back from work. There was no one answering the front office phone and once i was able to to get into the front office to talk to someone i explained that ive been locked out for about half hour or so and that i needed to extend my stay for 3 nights. The young lady took my payment. I get a call 7am the following morning saying my check out time is 11am and that the lady who processed my payment was not authorized to do so. I reserved non_smoking rooms. I got a call less than an hour before informing me that there were none available be because I did not arrive before 6 pm. Needless to say, I stink

Property is outdated , poorly maintained Free breakfast not worth it Overall rating 1

Although I reserved non-smoking I got a smoking room and staff tried to blame Expedia. Walls are thin and I could hear other guests in their rooms.

I book through orbits finding out when I arrived that there were no rooms available.
