Nice staff. Dirty facility. Walkways were dirty. Switched one room to the other as original bed had hairs and crumbs in it.

Nope Check in was horrible. Staff had door closed after hours and would not let anyone in although 2 couples were already inside. Had to call from a phone 5 ft away which rang incessantly. 5 minutes later someone came out saying I didn’t have to call which I responded well no one wanted to open the door. The girls personal phone rang multiple times while checking me in and she answered saying she was at work, still rang afterwards. Took forever still. The extended stay looked like an old run down Motel 6.

If you don’t mind cockroach We only stayed there because we had a pet but I will not and ever go back. Found a roach in the bathroom, took it up to General manager and I was not contend with the way it was handle.

Arrived at the hotel at 10:05 PM to notice that office closes at 10PM. There was a phone to call night attendant, but no one was replying. Attendant appeared at 10:30 PM, and immediately told that I might not get a room, since the hotel is overbooked. Luckily I got the room. The smell in the room was terrible, looks like someone smoked in there (I ordered a non-smoking room). All around the hotel there was a very strong Marijuana smell, which also does not create a good experience.

The location was perfect for our visit and the staff friendly. We were running late to check-in due that we were at the hospital near by from 3:00 - 8:15 p.m., called the staff and informed him that we are still coming in to stay as planned. Told me that the room will be available. When we got to our room and walked I , it was a smoking room. I called the front desk and was told that there was no non-smoking room. We reserved a non-smoking room. She said that they have no control of the online booking on selection of rooms. ... read more

What did I like about the property? Nothing. After driving 3 hours on an already limited timetable I arrived at the Extended Stay America to find that they did not have the room that I had previously reserved. Not only did they not have the room I reserved they did not have any rooms available for me forcing me to sit on the phone with Travelocity in the parking lot for almost an hour.
