Staff was pretty rude, complimentary breakfast was old muffins and coffee, sheets had old nasty stains!

Needs attention to detail Room with kitchenette was spacious. Bed was ok. Pillows were jostled and looked as someone was just laying on it. Used soap left in shower, towels were used and some dirty. There was water left in the tub. Unsure why. I was given a note that alerted me to their housekeeping schedule. I believe they were either low budgeted for cleaners or low staff. Their free breakfast is coffee and packaged oatmeal. Place is ok for just somewhere to sleep.

My wife and I stay at this hotel 5 or 6 times a year. Our son lives in Fresno. Never had any problems and are happy with all the accommodations. The people working there have always treated us kindly.

Nice area Really nice area to stay in . Felt safe and the room came with a small kitchen which was very cute . Quite area . Only complaint was the bed and pillows were extremely hard .
I was just astonished that the rooms are not cleaned every day This was why we saw a roach on Tuesday night
