The room was clean but un-furnished: no bath towels, no phone, no TV controller, no soap-shampoo, and no chair. I will not stay here again.

Two cockroaches skittered for cover when I turned on the lights. No one answered the phone so I could move to another room I had to sleep with the lights on The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.

Unfortunately it was a very bad experience. The telephone in the room didn’t work, the TV didn’t work, the light between the beds didn’t work, the air could not be controlled so it was freezing in the room, we had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper for our room and we had to no hairdryer in the room. Plus, there was so many cigarette butts outside everywhere. And m sorry I have such a dismal response to a very dismal, worn out room.

Do not stay here. Room was dirty and sticky. Floors and counters. Bathroom didn’t look cleaned. Left trash in trash cans. Blankets were not clean. Pillows are flat. Bed was hard as a rock. People hanging out in parking lot late at night playing music and smoking Overall this place is just outdated and trashy. Trash all over the parking lot. Heater was on 80 so the smell was humid and gross

Marginal Experience The room did not have a coffee maker or an ice bucket which I regard as a basic feature that every hotel room should have. While they advertised having a breakfast, there was only coffee and a few packaged muffins and cookies, not a breakfast. Fortunately there was an IHOP next door. The electric door lock did not work reliably. The magnetic lock would not release and took multiple attempts to get it to open. I reported the problem but it was never fixed.
