Carpet was damp and smelled like pee, stepped on a crack pipe in the parking lot , so pretty average for Fresno.

Wish I could have stayed for longer One of the friendliest stays I’ve had at an Extended Stay. I was really pleased with the staff and how responsive they were with requests, especially for the kitchen set

Clean, affordable, basic The property is a little older and could use more regular trash service as the dumpsters and cans were all full over the Thanksgiving holiday. The clerk was happy to accomodate our room swap once we asked.
