Everything was fine except loud neighbors banging on doors at 11 PM. That's beyond the control of the office, which closes at 10 PM, so we don't hold that against them.

The facility is well kept and the staff here is very hospitable. Fresno is a good city with good people.

I was asleep and the smoke alarm went off. No smoke, no fire. No one was st the desk when I dialed 0. I could only get some remote reservation person who was rude and hung up on me. The ear splitting siren finally stopped about 20 min later. When I dialed the hotel number there was no response, either.
