It would have been helpful if we were told how the heater worked in our room. Luckily it was too cold but it could have been warmer

Great place to stay We had a very good stay. Room was great. Service was awesome and staff was perfect. Not a bit of hesitation to provide excellent customer service.

Ok Wanted to pay cash but wouldn’t let me, I remember when paying cash was the preferred way, what happened?
