Room Nightmare We checked in at 3 am (I had called the hotel beforehand to let them know) but when we opened the room it was a real nightmare. I had requested a non smoking room, and even though the room was marked as NS, the cigarette odor was so overwhelming that we barely could breath. I entered the bathroom just to refresh my face while calling the front desk to requests a change of room, and there were feces on the bowl AND the toilet seat!
