Adequate, but far from "good" Upon arriving, the bathroom had a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain which was coming loose from both sides of the wall above the tub. That left me with a shower curtain which naturally wanted to close together, thus providing only ~24 inches in width of protection from spraying water. Travel shampoo was provided, but no conditioner or body lotion, nor was there a hair dryer. Thought hotel room was clean until saw chewed wad of gum in kitchen sink. Was told mgmt would talk to cleaning staff without much conviction or concern.

ESA gainesville Loud dogs barking, little variety of breakfast, Room had musty smell.

Not a family friendly establishment. My husband and I with our two teenagers stayed there and left before our week was complete. I was told if I checked out early I would owe them more money due to the discount I received for their weekly rate. So I didn't check out we just left. The first night we had a cockroach climbing up the bedspread. We would not allow our daughter outside alone due to all the men sitting and smoking outside. There was even chairs for those that just sat outside all day.
Hotel near the university of Florida Room was ok .. bathroom ok the carpet was very dirty!
This hotel is not worthy of a 2 1/2 star. I have stayed in numerous hotels in Gainesville lately and this was by far the most run down. No ice machine. In room phone didn't work so I could not call the front desk to ask them. Which is ok, we all have cell phone but just another annoyance. The noise from the outside was tremendously loud! The a/c only cooled to 74. The bed was lumpy. Perhaps the $250 I had to pay a night where I could barely sleep added to my frustration. We spent as little time as possible there. not satisfied spent one night because we had an early Dr's appt. at Shands , check in was fine man behind the counter was friendly enough, got into our rm and it had an odor, they have a kitchen however, no dishes utensils or pans not sure if your suppose to go out and buy your own. i wasnt pleased with the comfort of beds or pillows. i dont like to complain but with so many options i will not stay there again

Runned down facility. Clogged drains, no blow dryer, phone that don'the work, broken recliner chair, decent sized kitchenette with no utensils (forks, knives, plates ,glasses, etc.), no vending machines on site, ridiculous smoking area....other than that it was a solid mediocre. Our first and last stay for sure.

Not worth the money The cost was high for the quality. No plates, cups glasses or flatware in kitchen. Bathroom sink took a very long time to drain. Beds hard. VERY noisy at night (a car club was there and blasting heavy bass speakers at midnight shaking our 3rd floor room--went on for awhile). There are cheaper places that are as nice or even nicer.
