Good place staff was pleasant and helpful. This place accepts pets but it was so quiet wouldn't even know they were there and I saw pleanty. Centally located to everything including a mall and food. They don't have ahir dryers so bring one.

Not Impressed The hotel is in a great location for Grand Rapids visitors. Unfortunately, the hotel is not in 100% condition. The carpeting, wood floors and walls were dirty. In addition, being an Extended Stay some of the other tenants were a little unsavory.

I only stayed one night, I need it a place to sleep inexpensively . It worked for me.

Extended Stay America Grand Rapids Nice deal for the price. Lots of fresh clean towels, clean bathroom. Spacey. Only problem is old stale smell of smoke, despite being a "no smoking" room.

Awesome! It was my first experience staying in a hotel on my own and it was great! The staff were friendly and everything was great. I would recommend this to anyone.

DON'T GO... unless you bring your own alarm clock. When checking in, I was told that if I needed anything after 11pm, that I should leave a voice message on the Front Desk phone. I called about 11:15pm and said that I need a wake-up call for 7am. Did not get a wake-up call. While I was checking out, I brought that up to the Front Desk agent and she says that "they do not give wake-up calls, that is why there is an alarm clock in the room".IN THOSE EXACT WORDS.
