Awesome! It was my first experience staying in a hotel on my own and it was great! The staff were friendly and everything was great. I would recommend this to anyone.

Average Place to Stay... Not Bad Wasn't the best...wasn't the worst experience I have had in overnight travels...simply ordinary.

Wonderful to Cook Yourself! Typical of areas where newer hotels are and the older ones become a bit in the not-so-clean area. Since you are responsible for emptying trash, making own bed, changing towels and washing the supplied dishes/cooking items, the rooms are not kept as clean as daily room service. The full size refrigerator was a very big plus.

Exactly as advertised Clean and simple. You have to ask for shampoo and hairdryer, and there is nobody on the desk at night, but it's a good deal if you don't worry about such cost saving measures.

My daughter & I were looking for a nice hotel for one night at a decent rate. It was in a nice area, close to stores and just minutes away from downtown Grand Rapids. Had a nice little kitchen which we didn't need but would use in the future. Room was clean. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel stay Nothing fancy about this hotel. Found the rooms to be basic and clean - certainly, this isn't like staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel, but I found it was a good basic room that seemed to fit the need. One thing that is nice, is that this hotel is located in a quiet area and far enough from the highway and any major roadways.

DON'T GO... unless you bring your own alarm clock. When checking in, I was told that if I needed anything after 11pm, that I should leave a voice message on the Front Desk phone. I called about 11:15pm and said that I need a wake-up call for 7am. Did not get a wake-up call. While I was checking out, I brought that up to the Front Desk agent and she says that "they do not give wake-up calls, that is why there is an alarm clock in the room".IN THOSE EXACT WORDS.
