Nice but......... This hotel is located in a great location: close to malls, restraurants,airport etc. However, it is indeed in need of a renovation. Clean but new furniture, FLAT screen TV and more TV stations would be a great enhancement. (to many ESPN stations). However, I did not like being on the same floor with pets. I asked the clerk in advance about pets and she stated that they try to put pets on the first floor. We were given a room on the second floor. Kent wood hotel This place was clean n friendly the only problem was I kept getting sick cuz of the ac the air ducts most definitely need to be cleaned!

Pet peeve There's nothing wrong with the hotel. Clean, well maintained, polite staff, quiet. And I should have read the details more closely... But I find it extraordinarily annoying when hotels charge a surcharge for wifi access. And not only that, but once you log in, they offer to up-sell you bandwidth if you actually need to use said wifi access for anything more than casual surfing. If I'm traveling for business and need access to a corporate VPN, I would have had to pay additional money to get sufficient bandwidth to d... read more

Clean and Quiet Check in was quick and the desk clerk was friendly. The room was clean and quiet during my stay. For the price it was a fine experience. The location is close to shopping and dining options. I would stay here again.

perfect for the price Extended Stay America wasn't mind blowing, but it fulfilled it's duties perfectly for what I was looking for. A convenient and quick place to crash, my extended stay was only one night:-) The room was clean and had a little kitchenette, a nice feature for a longer stay, bed was comfortable, and it was located near lots of shops and restaurants which was convenient. Overall, it was worth the reasonable rate!
