Okay Place to Stay It was good over all. THe clerk was on a personal phone call when I came in and had to wait a few minutes, but I was in no rush. She put the person on hold and took care of me.

Other occupants were noisy. The other occupants were loud and disrespectful. Do they house people there on vouchers? The manners of the occupants would indicate that they do. Even the front desk clerk had an attitude like she is sick and tired of dealing with jerks. Other than that the place was good for the price and it was clean.

Front desk was not open for late arrivals. Also it did not open until 7:00am.

1 night stand You will want to clean the lights/ceiling of the elevator to remove dead flies and debris. Dish soap & paper towels would also be good to have in the room since it has a kitchenet which I love.

Lots of questionable people hanging out in the lobby, making the entire lobby smell like smoke, leaving little room to move around. The room was clean, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable & there weren't enough pillows.

Kitchenette but hard bed The Extended Stay in Grand Rapids was convenently located and had nice kitchenette but the bed was extremely hard not firm - hard. I had difficulty sleeping. The money saved was not worth the lost sleep.

would stay again Overall I found the hotel to be adequate. The location and price were awesome. The only isues were the size of the television and the comfort of the bed. Both of these items seemed to be left over from the 80s. Room was far to spacious for an old 19" tv to be a good fit. The bed was an old thin mattress with little support.
