good choice I had never tried an Extended Stay hotel, but got a good rate and was pleased that it had a kitchenette. Very good value, nice room and will look for this chain in the future.
Good place staff was pleasant and helpful. This place accepts pets but it was so quiet wouldn't even know they were there and I saw pleanty. Centally located to everything including a mall and food. They don't have ahir dryers so bring one.
Not Impressed The hotel is in a great location for Grand Rapids visitors. Unfortunately, the hotel is not in 100% condition. The carpeting, wood floors and walls were dirty. In addition, being an Extended Stay some of the other tenants were a little unsavory.
I only stayed one night, I need it a place to sleep inexpensively . It worked for me.
good hotel for the price just a fine hotel for the price. not much expected and it was great for one night.
Extended Stay America Grand Rapids Nice deal for the price. Lots of fresh clean towels, clean bathroom. Spacey. Only problem is old stale smell of smoke, despite being a "no smoking" room.
Awesome! It was my first experience staying in a hotel on my own and it was great! The staff were friendly and everything was great. I would recommend this to anyone.
