Extended Stay America/Grand Rapids-Kentwood MI Our room was clean and on the 1st floor. Nice having a kitchenette with full refrigerator and microwave. Missed having a small bottle of dish soap to do dishes. Also wish they would have a small hairdryer in the bathroom. Overall we had a good experience. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Pretty good, for the price Our 2-night stay here was fine. The desk clerk was very helpful, and the room seemed clean. In hindsight I would have brought a cooler of food for the weekend because the room had a full-size fridge and a small kitchenette.

Great for the price Very nice, clean room. Check in and out was a breeze. The kitchenette was really nice to have. The bed was a little on the hard side, but not bad for a hotel bed. Overall, very nice experience for the price.

Second time a charm. My first experience with ESA in Los Angeles was beyond terrible. This time I was extremely satisfied and would stay there, again if I ever return to Grand Rapids.

Will return if need to stay overnight again. I would put a full sized coffee maker in the room.

Home away from home... This was one of our better experiences. Thanksgiving evening and the hospitality of the staff was just as if we never left our dinner at "Mom's" house. The room was way more than we expected and you just couldn't beat the deal.
