Awful We checked in late and had no problems. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our experience was all downhill from there. The room was smelly, dirty and very rundown. No blankets on the bed, just a sheet and a very dirty bedspread that I wouldn't want near me. The vending machines were expensive and wouldn't accept bills. The laundry facilities, of which half were out of order, were expensive and had no change machine on site. Extended Stay is Dirty Checked into extended stay, got to the room and it was filthy. hair all over the sheets ad in the bathtub. I complained and nothing was done. i was told since I booked it on a discount site, there was nothing they could do about it. Someone needs to call the health dept or something and have this place shut down.

expectations, requests, unhappy results We arrived to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. Liked the idea of a kitchenette with stove top, micro and fridge with freezer. But had to go to desk to ask for dish soap. Liked not having towels and sheets changed each day.HOWEVER, it took 3 to 5 attempts to get remote to work with tv. 2nd night room above was very noisey most of the night a lot of dancing or jumping on the floors. needs improvement frist of all we could not get in the hotel even though i called and said it would be a late check in, we got there the staff hung up on us and then call us liars and the were very RUDE, i had requested for extra towels and pillows from housekeeping and they didn't even show up our room was "messy" like it was when we had left for the day, i was so unhappy about my stay that i will NEVER go to another extened stay america.
