Very modest & clean with friendly staff. I arrived in Kentwood, MI and was greeted by the friendly staff. The room was very clean but very warm. The air conditioning unit did not work correctly and would come on when it decided to for a few minutes. I did actually get cold at one point in the 4 nights/5 days that I stayed. Room was dirty and disgusting The room was so bad we immediately checked out and sought other accommodations. Dirt in the sheets and rips in the towels . . . My son had to ask if he should sleep with all his clothes on it was so bad - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Kentwood I would never stay at one of your hotels again. I booked a room with a king bed, got there and was told that there were none. I have never encountered someone as rude as what your staff behind the counter was. I have traveled all over the US and have never had such a terrible experience. I am 5'11" and with what you call a quen size bed my feet hung over. Never again!

Not for me Location was hard to find late at night. Motel was filled with partiers and low-income families, couples over the weekend. Was provided bars of soap, but nothing else. Because I was staying "only" three nights, there was no room service of any kind! Didn't even have a blanket on my bed -- used the bedspread as a substitute. Pets are allowed in some rooms. never again! Room was not what I expected! The box spring had blood stains on it and The room smelled! Will never stay there again.

Not a great place to stay, Holiday Inn nearby! Staff were not helpful. gave 'attitude" about swapping out wet towels for new ones. Hallway smelled of smoke the entire stay. Trash "room" on the floor was piled up very high and smelled horrible. was told it would be "a couple of days" before the trash was moved. UNACCEPTABLE! NEVER stay at this hotel, horrible.

Dirty Room The room was filthy. Chips crumbs all over the floor, the bathroom was dirty, and they trash was not emptied. When I asked to have it cleaned I was told housekeeping was gone already (6pm). Not impressed with this hotel.

Dumpy and sad The room was dirty, not vacuumed and very beat up. Bad stains on carpet made me want to keep my shoes on. It was pretty quiet and near shopping, restaurants and main thoroughfares. Worst place I've stayed in the Grand rapids area which is usually a great value and pleasant surprise. This place was a disappointment.
