Cigarette Smoke ruined my stay! There must have been several smokers across the hall and the smoke seeped into my room. I complained but nothing changed the next day. I left before i need to....

close 2 alot of restaurants and shopping malls My stay was not good arrived 5-24 my first room329 was dirty floor wasn't swept food crumbs etc carpet was not vacuumed then some across from me was smoking so I went down stairs and aasked to be moved. I was moved to 207 once again floor had food crumbs bathroom had hair on the floor the carpet had clumps of hair next to the nightstand,and behind the nightstand something was splashed on the wall then when I called the desk I was told housekeeping went home for the day but can c... read more

Good for a over night stay I am a fan of Extended stay till my experience with this particular location. Experience was very disappointing. The room reeked with some musty odor, the ac didn't work at all esp when it was pretty warm outside. Had to ask them to change the room. Thank god the hotel wasn't full otherwise it would have been unbearable. The ex-changed room smelled bad but at least the ac worked. Both bathrooms were not cleaned properly. There were hair on the sink counter top. Gross!

Very poor service I had a change in travel plans and needed to stay two additional nights. I reserved the room for the two additional nights with the front desk attendent and was informed the reservations were "all set". Upon returning to the hotel the following afternoon the atendent (same one who updated the reservation) handed me my cell phone charger from the front desk. Noisy Cars were coming and going all night with that pounding music and the place was just plain noisy we wont stay there again

Grungy Smellled of cigarettes in our nonsmoking room, burn marks on bed spread tv was older than me and fuzzy, served the purpose of somewhere to sleep but would not stay there again

ughh Got locked out of my room during the night had to wait three hours to be let back in my room. After waiting such a long period of time I just checked out. The rooms have dorm sized tvs in the rooms I wouldn't come back.
