Room smelled like old indian food mixed with cigarettes. Hotel staff were good and hotel is in a good location close to restaurants and shopping

Meijer Games Participant Accommodations, local, & and bed quality were fine. However, the entire hall and room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and cooking odors-mainly grease. The smell came in through our vents and was just disgusting. The bathroom was a little dirty. TV & WiFI were good. The refrigerator squeaked every time it kicked on. Just didn't rest well or enjoy the stay. Looked good, felt dingy and dirty.
Pictures and service wasn't up to par Check in was horrible, they close down the front desk making me call some 600 number. the receptionist was very unprofessional. The computers were down and they couldn't find my reservation that I already paid for. After all the hassle we got the room and it was outdated and unclean. We were very dissatisfied and will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Really unclean bedding--spots that looked like dried blood, lots of hairs that could not possibly be mine, and, well, it looked like someone had used one of the pillowcases instead of a kleenex. I called the front desk for clean bedding, and they would not bring it to me. After I went down to get it, I returned to my room to remake the bed, only to discover that not only was this bedding just slightly cleaner than what I had started with, it was the wrong size.
inexpensive accommodations Had the unusual circumstance to have to arrive in the middle of the night to get a couple of hours of sleep. It took 30 minutes to get somebody to give me a key to get into my room. That 30 minutes of sleep was sorely missed! This hotel looked dated, bare-bones, but clean. Pretty good location.
