Beautiful river walk The hotel location was scenic and convenient. We have stayed at this hotel many times previous but this time we were disappointed in the fact that the kitchen supplies, i.e. coffee maker, etc . were not available unless asked for at the reception desk. The staff was polite enough but did not go out of their way to accommodate our request to stay an additional day at the same rate we received when we made the reservation. Don't believe what you see in pictures. It was a very bad experience.Smelly room, Very dirty carpet.The staff was not helpful at all. Above all the towels in the bathroom were all dirty.

Room ..carpet dirty, carpet torn, beds way to hard. Staff .general manager tried to help,female at desk fair . Not very informative.

Lacking amenities No ice machine on any floor; no shampoo/conditioner provided; no hair dryer provider; coffee maker in room not provided - required to ask for extras; stains on carpets; had a kitchen facility with no dishes/cutlery/pots, etc. Breakfast to go was minimal - limited to coffee, pre-packaged muffins, oatmeal and some fruit

Cheap Was looking for a cheap place to stay while passing through. Carpets in rooms and halls had lots of stains though it looked like they were otherwise clean, breakfast was hot beverages, granola bars and packaged muffins. It was tricky to get to off of the I15 if you don't know the city. Limited food options close to hotel.

Room needed a deep clean, so did hallways Bed was comfy, air conditioner worked well. But multiple holes in walls, carpets were very disgusting with 6 different areas of nasty stains. Had kitchen but had to go get cups, silverware etc from desk as they do not keep anything in room...even had to go get toilet paper, and shampoo.
