A bit uncomfortable. Room was small with hard double beds. You could hear the people in the room above walking. The toilet had black marks at the top of the bowl like it didnt get cleaned very well. They offer a small grab and go breakfast.

be wary of nice looking hotels We arrived from being on the road all day. When we opened the room there was a terrible smell. Smelled like someone had lived there for the last month, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were all but wafers and for two people there were 3 pillows? Would never stay there again

pets ok if you want the worse room... The staff was friendly and that was all that was good. We were surprised with a $25/pet fee on arrival, even though I booked a room with pets. They gave me a smoking room that smelled wrenched and had numerous stains and other damage. There was garbage under the bed. I wondered if my deposit was to pay for the other people's damage??? Not up to standard the carpets in the rooms were soiled fromthe entrance and it was as if you were stepping on mere floor . There was no kettle to boil water or tea in the rooms. I paid over $200 for 2 nights. The breakfast table was practically empty. No hot meal. No bread or toast. No milk for tea. I asked and the front desk said no milk. Very poor setting. No breakfast would have been better. Overall. Poor poor service.

Horrible Do not stay here. Completely unprofessional and did not honor our 2 rooms per bed. They want to split you up and give you two singe rooms with one bed in it. One of the worst hotel experiences I have had to date. Seriously, do not stay here.

Should have been better. Visited an extended stay property before with good experience, that's why I chose this one. Whole hotel smelled like old cig's, same with the room, the counter even had long burn marks to prove it. Bed was comfortable...which is good, because I didn't want to put my feet on the carpet. Luke warm shower, notified the desk agent.

My room was very dingy and smelled bad. The bed was like sleeping on a board and there was grime in the bathtub. There were employees walking around in flip flops. I have stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was great. Not sure what happened this time but I won't be staying there again!

Very disappointed The beds need to be upgraded very uncomfortable. The pillows were little for a king bed and flat. The bed had long brown hair in the covers not my wife's hair. The shower had hair on the back shower wall. The positive note is we liked the small kitchenette. That was nice.
