Served its purpose The outside of the hotel is beautiful but the inside really needs some updating. Overall fairly clean.

hotel stay Won't stay there again. \little for complimentary breakfast. Old and run down

The pillows smelled bad The bed wasn't comfortable But the pillows smelled so bad that we couldn't sleep on them

It's an expensive hotel, No swimming pool, no hot tube, breakfast was horrible coffee, tea and an apple!

Meh... The staff were short with us. We were not informed of the time that the "grab and go" would be available, but learned it wasn't available by 9:30 anymore. When we got to the room the bed was disheveled and the garbage had not been emptied from whoever had been there previously.

unbearable beds Beds were like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Location was is ideal to the work site but beds made it unbearable.

Convenient but not great Smoking room was what we got. Elevator us super slow. Room was clean but smelly

Horrible customer service/No accommodation I booked this motel for one night. I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter. I didn't realize that this hotel does not have a variety of room options. Simply one bed to a room. Upon arrival at 10:00 pm after a long Thanksgiving day, I arrived at the hotel to find that the accommodations of only one bed. Good Price & Location BUT............. The staff, location and price are great, I must say I was disappointed in the room. The bed is horribly hard and although it has a kitchen, you have to request a "comfort pack" (which contains dishes, cups, cutlery)... just kind of inconvenient. I guess you can request a coffee maker too, but I didn't because I didn't have any coffee and didn't feel like going to buy any.
