Very dirty The man at the front desk was nice, professional. The room was so dirty. Hand prints from food? dirt? all over the walls, food crusted in the remote. Room smelled the smoke. Was very disappointed. Will never stay there again.
Less than advertised. Thick plastic mattress cover, with only a sheet on top, made for a restless night. "Free" internet access was extremely slow--and simply a way to get the user to pay for normal rate service. The "free" breakfast was a public cabinet with packaged muffins/rolls, apples/oranges. The "guest computer" would not get me online to print my boarding passes. The attendant couldn't help.

Quiet hotel near park The staff was very nice and courteous. Cleanliness is an opportunity. I found a dirty diaper in the room from the last guest. I also find hair on the kitchen counter, in the bathroom sink and in the tub. It was a great disappointment
Sleepless night Caters to early morning workers who bang around at 3am slam doors stomp downstairs and generally intend to wake everyone up. Same experience when we stayed here in November. Have to go to the front desk for cups or glasses none in the room. Gave this hotel a second chance but just another sleepless night.
AWFUL We had to change rooms because of the cleanliness. The little kitchens didn't even have one glass in them. No ice machine but offered empty ice trays in freezer. Stained carpets. Dirty mattresses. Breakfast was served on a coffee table at the front door. It was just nasty. Spend the extra 50 and get a decent hotel room!
Hardest bed I've ever tried to sleep on. The price was decent enough using expedia, and the exterior looked nice, but the inside was institutional in it's decor, and the bed was the absolute hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on in 15 years of working on the road. Tried to change rooms, but clerk stated all the beds are the same, and it would do no good.
