Bedbugs!!!!!!!! The room had bedbugs. My employee stayed there 3 nights. He thought it was their soap, but after bumps and pain were mainly in all heated areas of his body...he knew. Hotel GM, refused to pay for him to get medical treatment. Cleaned his room and THEN said they would call an exterminator to see if there were bedbugs. Employee had to drive 5 hours home to his family until he could see his doctor the next day. Bedbugs! Hotel did nothing, not even a refund!!!

Stay if you like smoking Staff was great - room smelled and other guests smoked in hallway and rooms - boooo

Kitchenette...empty?!? Seriously!?! No coffee maker??? In a kitchenette... No COFFEE Maker!!! No HAIR Dryer!!!

We provide coffee makers upon request to ensure you that our coffee makers and other dish items are sanitized for each guest. Since the remodel we have been putting hair dryers back in the room whenever we get a new shipment in, we do have hair dryers at the front desk though for our guests to borrow, all you have to do is ask for the items and someone can bring t... read more

By the river is the only plus Short staffed and they were rude! Should be more than one person working at all times. I asked for extra towels and was told "bring down the used ones and I'll exchange them out". Then my granddaughter went to ask and was told there weren't anymore. What kind of place runs out of towels?!?! My youngest granddaughter got sick and threw up and we had no towels to dry her off after another bath!! And my son stayed in another room with his girlfriend and got bit under his eye by something. They look... read more

Good location, no hot water or amenities Hotel has a great location, they have however taken everything out of the room so if you want something you need to ask for it. Coffee maker 1 trip, coffee for coffee maker 1 trip, mugs for coffee 1 trip, hair dryer 1 trip, fork or spoon, 1 trip. They ran out of hot water on our first morning, none, it was broken. I came back at 2:00 they had hot water. Second morning, no hot water. They refunded us one nights stay, but it was in Nicaragua the last time I stayed at a hotel without hot... read more

Never stay again When we went to our room and opened with key it was already occupied with lady breast feeding baby. Very embarrassing we were given a free night but still will never stay there again. Breakfast was a joke. I have stayed at other places for 70 a night and get hit breakfast.

Did not stay. Not even a glass or coffee pot just Front desk did not make us feel welcome or try to fix problem just gave phone number tis call for refumd.
