Room was not clean and had a bad odor. Shower was not working properly

Hotel was not clean, needs updating, uncomfortable Bed and pillows. You can hear through the walls....hear people Walking around upstairs.

Terrible room The room was not clean. Room has old bedsheets. Beer bottle in fridge. Toilet was not clean. There was a problem with lock of our room. We left our stuff in the room and when we try to get in the room again it does not open. It was 9 at night and the lady at the reception was having difficulty to help us because of limited staff. Our one year old kid food was in the room and we could not access it for two hours. You all could imagine how difficult it is to manage a hungry child for two hrs late at night. The la... read more

No There was old spilled drink on the walls. the tub was dirty and the shower curtain was falling off the wall and the water wouldn't stay in. The room had a weird smell and smelled like some one smoked in a non smoking room. There was an exposed wire hanging out of the heating unit and the iron leaked all over one of my shirts. They were renovating and the workers left the side door propped open all night I had to get up and shut it but it didn't lock so I did not feel safe. Disappointed Not happy with the room that I stayed in. Not clean and looks as if it came out of the 70's. They really need to do a overhaul on this motel. The shower curtain was being held up by caulk as well as the tub faucet. The sink faucet problem hadn't been cleaned since they built this place. There were cracks everywhere in the bathroom I was literally afraid something was going too jump out of one. The furniture and carpet was gross and sticky. UCK..... Cat urine smell As soon as we exited the elevator on the 2nd floor we were hit with the smell of cat urine. All the way to our room. The room didn't smell but the hallway did. There was a spill in the elevator that was there from the time we arrived until we left. The room seemed ok but the rest of the hotel seemed untidy. We won't be staying there again.

Stinky Stay The front desk staff were friendly, but that's where the positive experience ends. When we arrived there was a bin full of dirty dishes outside our door. All of the upholstered furniture and sofabed mattress were stained. The carpet in the hallway and room smelled really bad. The floor in the kitchen area was sticky. The breakfast area downstairs was dirty and understocked at 7am so it likely had been that way since the previous morning. Poor Some other guest was able to enter my room with his plastic key card. I don't know if this was due to the careless behavior of the staff or just some sort of malfunction but they did nothing to correct or compensate for it. Additionally the kitchen area of the room was old and worn and there were no pots ,pans, utensils etc. What good is a kitchen with nothing you need to use it?

Worst hotel and customer service ever!!! This place was a dump! I excercised my right to be relocated to another location by the airport! Although they eventually got me transferred after almost 2 hrs, they had a brand new agent that barely spoke English who was incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. I was in pain and suffering from migraines and degenerative disc disease in my back to the point I was almost on the floor crying.
