Disappointing when checking in we were told they gave away our king size bed but offered a 10% discount if we would take a queen size bed. We did Bathroom had ONE small size hotel soap only. We had only ONE cup and 2 towels only. We will not come back and do not recommend to anyone.

The smoke alarm chirped all night even after unplugging. I had to put it in freezer to get some sleep, I was awaken by lawn care company blowing leaves all over my new car. I told front desk and they said that they would speak to him. They did but he continue to blow leaves on other guest cars. I even video this event .but decided not to post.

Bugs and rude staff Never will stay again. Roaches and stink bugs even in the 4th floor.

ok Entry room door handle was broken (hanging). In order to enter room u had to slide card 1st, then lift up door handle then bring back down again to open door. The room furnace was not functioning properly. Room was cool all the time. When raising temperature several times, the heat never came up.

Room was not clean and had a bad odor. Shower was not working properly

Hotel was not clean, needs updating, uncomfortable Bed and pillows. You can hear through the walls....hear people Walking around upstairs.

Terrible room The room was not clean. Room has old bedsheets. Beer bottle in fridge. Toilet was not clean. There was a problem with lock of our room. We left our stuff in the room and when we try to get in the room again it does not open. It was 9 at night and the lady at the reception was having difficulty to help us because of limited staff. Our one year old kid food was in the room and we could not access it for two hours. You all could imagine how difficult it is to manage a hungry child for two hrs late at night. The la... read more

No There was old spilled drink on the walls. the tub was dirty and the shower curtain was falling off the wall and the water wouldn't stay in. The room had a weird smell and smelled like some one smoked in a non smoking room. There was an exposed wire hanging out of the heating unit and the iron leaked all over one of my shirts. They were renovating and the workers left the side door propped open all night I had to get up and shut it but it didn't lock so I did not feel safe.
