Advertises free airport shuttle, but this is not the case. Only if someone is available to take you, very disappointing.

First and Last Front desk staff was very polite but could not offer many options as most rooms were already booked. After pulling back the bed blanket it was obvious it had not been changed & did not have fresh clean sheets. You could see the diamond pattern of the mattress/pad through the fitted sheet. There were sheets for the sofa bed but they were the wrong size. The window unit was impossible to regulate to a comfortable temperature. There was no hot water for the shower. I didnt like that they started calling me at 10:30 am telling me to checkout or id have late fees and then at 10:45 housekeeping started knocking on the door. The kitchen in the room had no supplies. and the place smelled of something awful like a bad fish fry with very bad old oil.

The bathroom had a sewer smell the entire time I stayed there. The hallway smelled like burnt plastic.

The manager and the staff were super rude. When it was checkout time they knocked on my door and told me in a rude way (if you don’t check out we’ll be charge you an extra 10$. I said I will leave in 15 minutes because I didn’t know I had to leave at 11. Most hotels I stay in give you till 1 and are flexible. Well they did charge me when I left at 11:20. I spoke to the manager and she was rude and unhelpful at all. I’d never stay there again.
