I didnt like that they started calling me at 10:30 am telling me to checkout or id have late fees and then at 10:45 housekeeping started knocking on the door. The kitchen in the room had no supplies. and the place smelled of something awful like a bad fish fry with very bad old oil.

Tired Hotel Old tired hotel. bed was too small and very uncomfortable.

The bathroom had a sewer smell the entire time I stayed there. The hallway smelled like burnt plastic.

Almost nothing in room. No paper towels. No tissues. No cups or glasses. Empty. No ice on entire Property. NOT IMPRESSED

The manager and the staff were super rude. When it was checkout time they knocked on my door and told me in a rude way (if you don’t check out we’ll be charge you an extra 10$. I said I will leave in 15 minutes because I didn’t know I had to leave at 11. Most hotels I stay in give you till 1 and are flexible. Well they did charge me when I left at 11:20. I spoke to the manager and she was rude and unhelpful at all. I’d never stay there again.

We were overcharged at check-in and then not given the room I'd reserved (which was a king bed). There was also a long black hair on the towels in the bathroom.

We ended up not staying. Our room was sold when we arrived at our scheduled time at 11pm. They told us it was first come first serve, even though our reservation said it was a guaranteed room and no need to confirm. They ended up trying to push us to another Extended Stay location, which was a half star at best, we decided to book down the street at 1am, after we saw the cockroaches crawling around the kitchenette area. There was nothing about this hotel that Was likeable. Dirty blood stained mattresses dirty facility dirty room and the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!!!

They advertise their Shuttle service but it needs to be booked 24 hrs in advance and is unavailable before 9am. Weird smell in the property. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a joke cupcakes and coffee
