Stay review - Room with kitchen was nice. - There is a restaurant in walk-able distance, which is nice. - Breakfast is so poor; only coffee and energy bar. - No answer to pick up phone for shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. - Too expensive during the Furniture Exhibition week for the service of the hotel.

Warning! This is not a hotel by normal standards.. When booking a hotel on Hotels.com, as I do very often, one would think that booking this hotel would include daily maid service, correct? No! New towels daily, no, not unless you want to carry the old towels to the front desk and than pick up new towels! Terrible. I call this camping! Daily trash pick up, no! First I want to say the the hotel staff is one of the nicest and accommodating that I have had experience with. Now for the BAD: The hotel is pretty dated with an awful smell throughout it. Especially through out the hallways. When we got to our room the sink and the toilet were not cleaned (Checked in about 9pm). Parking was atrocious. about an 1/8 of the lot was cut off do to some type of construction and they had large trucks with trailers taking up two and three spots through out the rest of the lot. Bloody Bad Room When we walked in there was a bloody towel in the sink. The next day found a drop of blood on the floor. Used shampoo in the shower, like the room wasn't cleaned. There was stuff behind the toilet that we refused to pick up.

An ok room. That's about it. The room was clean. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, oatmeal Packets with No bowls, Hot water and coffee With Hardly no creamer. The room had a kitchen in it with no dishes or utensils. If you wanted some you had to go and request it from the front desk. They only do room service every 7 days. At 5:30 Monday morning, the dumpster was being emptied. I had to get up at 7, so it wasn't a huge deal. I thought that would actually work out because on Tuesday my meetings were later in the morning and the trash was already emptied so I'd be able to sleep late. Instead the landscaping crew was outside the window with string trimmers and leaf blowers. Those things would be better done later in the morning.

Talk About Not Clean When we got to hotel we were excited. First time at extended stay. We walk in the door and right away I see this liquid spill on the comforter of my bed. GROSS! So I wondered if my bed sheets had even been cleaned...My 10 year old goes to make the sofabed and first..no sheets in room and 2nd no mattress pad and mattress had stains DOUBLE GROSS! The worse experience ever I can't tell you because you guys canceled my reservation and had the nerve to charge my card. I have not yet received my reimbursement. I will not not back to your establishment nor will I send anyone to stay with you guys. Very unprofessional
