Below fair for the price The bed was very uncomfortable, and didn't offer king sized beds. Pillows were too soft. There was mold on the bathroom walls. There were some good points.

Family of 5 should consider other alternatives I had to take my family of 5 on a very short trip at the spur of the moment. If I had not already paid, I would not have stayed at this location. It was convenient to other things, but there was nothing about the hotel that made use want to return. The staff told me that the maintenance man would not be back for 2 days to repair a broken TV. The only positive about this hotel is the convenience to downtown. We had a "non-smoking" room on a smoking floor. The room smelled so bad, we had to buy an air freshener that really didn't help the situation at all. The rooms are in desperate need of an overhaul. Torn wall paper, cracked and missing cauking along the tub, dirty carpet...thankfully we didn't have to spend much time in the room other than for sleeping. Guess you get what you pay for!

Extended Stay Greenville, SC After driving 8 hours we got to the hotel to fined they had sold our paid for reservation! The desk clerk didn't know what to do. We requested management and was given a "so called upgrade". The room had too full size beds not the king we paid for. Which mad it very uncomfortable for us as a married couple. The towels were awfully rough, very little thread count. We will not say there again when visiting family on the area.

Have to Check in by 11pm or you loose your money!! I wouldn't know,due to some unforturate circumstances I did not arrive until after midnight and was unable to check in because there is no one on duty after 11pm.
