the carpet in the rug and the floor in the kitchen was filthy! The hallway was very dark with dim lights. It made for a creep feeling walking down the hall to our room. A hotel room that has a full size refrigerator a cook top and microwave but doesn't have a pot, spoon. We had to get all kitchen supplies and lug them to or room.. even a toaster!! And there was no DISHWASHER!! horrible!!

overall experience This hotel was suggested by the Orbitz telephone representative. I would never have stayed at this type of hotel. Although it appeared freshly painted and updated in the rooms, the type of people staying there were a concern. I was uncomfortable during my stay and there was a lot of dirt and clomps of mud tracked in by the type of people staying there. Couldn't help but feel like if a Border Patrol rep showed up, over half of the hotel would have emptied out. Very disappointed with their recommendation.

Full of roaches. Awful. Furniture is really beat up. Hard to be in that room.

Hotels.com should take this hotel off their websit I wouldn't stay here. Lobby and grounds are pretty shady. If I had my family with me I would have gone elsewhere. The room was dirty. I asked for a late check out and was denied. Stay at the Belmont Inn a few miles away. Closer to amenities and nice staff with clean rooms at Belmont.

Wouldn't stay here again First impression- front desk clerk had a shirt on that looked like he'd slept in it. Other than that he was very personable. Room smelled like a wet dog. The alarm clock had some sort of fluffy film on it - quite disgusting. Furniture in room had chunks knocked off it. Noticed the carpet in the hallway had a big ball of what looked like human hair lying on it. Bathroom and towels looked clean. No a happy sleeper The fire alarm went off at 1:00am. My husband our two little ones 11 months and I spent an hour and twenty minutes outside the motel before being let back in! Police, fire fighters and paramedics were there! No one from the motel apologized to us or offered a refund!!! I asked about what had happened knowing they probably wouldn't tell us anything. All they said was there was an insistent but could say what,but it wasn't a fire! Still no apologies for the inconvenience!!!!

Worst place I have ever been!!! Only ever 7th day room service. The entire hotel stinks. Breakfast one of the worst I have ever seen. I booked with expedia.com and had no change to leave the hotel earlier. Just horrible. The corridors are dirty and it smells really nasty. No equipments in the kitchen, which is inside the room.

False advertising This was listed as having a free continental breakfast like most hotels do. But all they had was "breakfast on the go" meaning muffins and apples you could grab on your way out. There was no maid service all week. Their internet would not let me send emails.
