The room was disgusting, there was a sock in the floor, some trash in the floor, and there was a plate with food on it stinking up the fridge. the employee working said they would give us a refund had we not paid through Hotels.com

If you can find better, don’t book here. The room had a bad odor and know one came to clean the room nor change the towels.

They really shouldn't call they're breakfast a breakfast - very, very disappointed... And the place wasn't very clean

Wait until construction is finished! This property is under construction and was a mess! My first room didn't have power. It was on the third floor and the elevator is out, so I had to carry all my luggage up and down the stairs several times before getting a room with lights. Even then, the lights flickered. I was given the impression there would be continental breakfast, but it was really just granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. This was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. They over booked their rooms then tried to put my 14 yr in a room by herself. After the first night they did no room service. Upon checkout I was told that I couldn’t even get a copy of my receipt. I highly suggest lookin elsewhere if you are staying in the area.

Terrible service , elevator broken,service desk no staff on duty, to obtain clean towels needed to bring soiled towels to front desk, the breakfast that was listed as continental was a desk with coffee instant oatmeal or a granola bar.When we asked about why they listed breakfast as continental, the desk person said they have told Expedia for 12 years to change what is listed , overall very disappointing will never stay again !

Worst hotel at high price The room was ok to stay, location is good but for the price the facilities are not quite up to the mark, breakfast is snack bars and oat meal packets,one day they had muffins and nothing else for the next 4 days. Toiletries and room cleaning is extra dollars and we need to pay for utensils as well, lift is under repair
