Nice hotel close to the Coliseum and Interstate I stayed only one night as I live in the area and wasn’t staying in my apartment for the night. We didn’t need the long term amenities but everything was clean and nice. The front desk staff person - LeVar - was awesome! Friendly and very welcoming. Fix the Appliances The hotel was ok, not the best but far from the worst. My only real complaint was that the refrigerator wasn’t working properly and so I had no ice and couldn’t put food nor beverages in it. One of the reasons you stay at an Extended Stay is for the ability to have a fridge and stove and when one of them isn’t working, it obviously defeats that purpose. If that hadn’t been an issue my rating would have been higher. The staff was nice so no complaints there.

Convenient to Convention Center The staff was very helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located for the Hampton convention center. When the hotel description said that the room kitchens were fully stocked, we didn't realize that we would need to "order" the kitchen items we needed, but then this was our first time staying in an extended stay hotel.

Could've used more blankets... The stay would've been perfect if there were more pillows and blankets available. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful. It was close to everything and it was perfect for an overnight stay.

Pets ok Sheets didn’t fit bed kept coming off. Love that they are pet friendly. Breakfast was a joke as was wiifii
