Good stay The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was coffee in the morning but no continental breakfast like advertised. But overall a good stay and would stay again. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Just wish hairdryers were kept in the room verses having to go ask st the desk.

Unorganized Poor management, poor housekeeping. My room was filthy I had to wait til the next day to get service and they still did a horrible job.

Service was bad because I arrived after booking through hotels.com for a queen room that wasn't available so I wasn't put in a double bed room. Then I went to add more nights and they tried to charge me again for the double room they put me which was not my fault bc the queen room wasn't available. I had to pull up my reservation and go back to the desk clerk fir a refund and show them that I book a queen but you didn't have any available so the person that checked me in put me in the room as a courtesy for the inconvenience... read more

Average for the Price It would've been nice to have a hair dryer in the room, trash cans outside and near the lobby. Also, we were suppose to get a continental breakfast and there was nothing there but coffee in the morning.
