things didn’t work no maintenance man on duty one person on front desk no face plates on some electrical outlets things in poor condition

Suppposed to stay 2 nights, checked out after 1 night. Holes in wall, shower curtain rail falling out of wall, microwave so old it looked unsafe to use, table so rickety i was afraid to lean on it, toilet leaking in middle of night and woke to large puddle in bathroom, carpet stained horribly in multiple spots, remote disgusting. Nothing looked like the advertising. Major renovatipn and updating needed. Will never stay in an Extended Stay America again.

Long story short. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the past 10 years. The only good part was the reception team. Friendly. Professional. Quick to respond. Everything else was a disaster. Hairs. Black hairs. In the bathtub. On the bathroom floor. On the bed linen. Towels were old and worn out. The whole place needs serious cleaning, renovation, and ventilation. Loud highway noise. Weird smells in the corridors. The first room we got smelled like someone just smoked there. If you have other options, pick anything else.

Phone broken, no water when turn on cold, hot water took over 20 minutes to get warm - timed it, AC hard to control,

Breakfast sucked. Very noisy. Some of the guest had a party in the parking lot right by my window, very noisy. Room wasnt the cleanest. Stains on the walls.
Oh my! Update this hotel please Comfortable, but old! Needs a face lift! Rust on refrigerator. No hot water in kitchen, no cold water at all in bathroom sink. Shower ok. One window was not shut properly and unlocked…on first floor corner room! Really nice pet area, but feces scattered throughout. Back door near room didn’t close. Could be an excellent hotel if updated.
