I initially chose this Extended Stay America because the price was affordable and check-in was smooth. At first, the property appeared safe and suitable for a longer stay. Unfortunately, multiple service and access issues made the experience very difficult. The room had two televisions, neither of which worked. I reported this to the front desk twice and was told maintenance would address it, but no action was taken until I personally spoke with maintenance after several additional trips to the desk. Stove burners had been left on, room itself smelled of curry spices, hotel smelled deeply of weed at night from people smoking, but halls still emanated from it in the morning. Staff was helpful and pleasant, but the place is a dump

The staff was supported butbthe room was neglected. The hallway had a bad smell, the room kitchen cabinets had a broken door, the shower rod was very losses and the carpet needed replacement.

Breakfast was advertised but they only served coffee, with powdered creamer and only caffeinated tea. That is not breakfast! False advertising. We were upset. We also had to ask for a blanket! Staff was friendly, room fine. We will not return

Room felt neglected overall and only had 2 top sheets as cover for the bed. Got pretty cold in the night. I guess I expected more.

Room was disgusting towels and bed sheets smelt awful like idk what Cable didnt work on the tv had to call to get that fixed was a huge or deal Staff was rued to my daughter for the way she was dressed she came down for breakfast and they immediately came after her asking her if she was staying there and what rooom she was in and if she was a guest or not
