Couldn’t stay room was dirty and had a smell.

Employee at the front desk required a “$50 deposit” on room that way already paid for days in advance…Employee stated that I had to pay with a card…could not use Apple Pay….or I could give him $50 cash which makes no sense and is shady. Area around the hotel isn’t a safe part of the city. The room was alright nothing fancy but serviceable. I had to return BACK to the check in desk after getting into the room because for some reason the tv remote did not have batteries. A lot of inconvenience for a place called Quality

Stay Away This hotel is old and unkempt. The dressers are old and beat up, towel bar barley hanging on to the wall. Old beat up refrigerator and microwave. Door handle for bathroom fell off. No hair dryer in room. tons of Cigarette butts outside on lawn. Travel a lot for business and will not be staying there again!

When I arriving there was no one at the desk. Waited 10 minutes, called and phone just rang and rang. I finally called ESA 800 number after 20 min! Finally someone arrived, no apology, I just seemed like an inconvenience. Lobby and elevator floors were in desperate need of cleaning. Get to the room….and it’s so run down. Hotel needs to Ben cleaned better and fix the wholes in the walls in the room and maybe paint. The bowels look like they haven’t been washed.
