The staff was very nice/friendly, but the hotel was not at all like the picture online...it was pretty dilapidated and we could not stay due to bed bugs found. Also, the "free" breakfast was not as expected as it's only a grab'n'go type.....packaged snacky type food.

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s not safe at all and there was no one at the front desk during the night time.

The room smelt so much like bleach it was over powering and giving us headaches. Great to know they “cleaned it” the sink in bathroom would flood if turned on and only had hot water , the fridge was beyond gross on the outside inside smelt like bleach. The window curtains didn’t close all the way when asked the front crawl was handed two rubber bands and basically told that’s all they could do at that time.

Booked double room. Had adult and 2 14 year olds on reservation. Got to hotel- given key. SOMEONE IN ROOM!!!! Only room left in hotel had 1 king bed. Not OK for the reservation. Bedding was very stained. Could not stay at property due to hotel error. Expect a refund! Can't find a number to call you! Hotel said they would verify request to cancel. Staff name was Carolina.

There are few staff present and the breakfast was only coffee and a couple of cheap snack sized muffins not worth their sugar content. Most importantly the elevator was filthy and stunk, and hallways worn and outdated. My room was clean but outdated. Thanks clientele was about one half solid working crews with trucks, a quarter regular travelers and the rest long term stays who appeared very sketchy and unstable. I’m not coming back.

Don’t waste time Bed very small and squeaky. Room was dusty. Lights didn’t work and hallways smelled like urine. Room looked dingy. When I called front desk they informed me they had no other room to replace.

Floor in room was dirty. Hard mattress with soft pillows. Breakfast was muffins and coffee by the front door which was hard to manage with people coming in and out of front door. Would NOT recommend
