Not a pleasant experience with online reserved. First of all when we were checking in they couldn't find our reservation. We have been kept waiting for 45 minutes. We have been told it's non-smoking room, but the room was smelling. overall not a pleasant experience. Also hotels.com should mention whether there is proper breakfast available or grab-n-go. We were disappointed that there was no proper breakfast at this hotel.

I've had better stays at this hotel I asked for a couple wash clothes because there were none in the room & I had to go downstairs to get them. I was told because they were changing shifts and he couldn't so a lot of running. The beds needs thicker blankets, also needs a coffee pot. The snow was not plowed well at all. I almost fell twice. There was ice everywhere with no salt in site. Very unhappy with this stay, I've had better.
One night Awful , the walls are thin the workers called the wrong room at 4 am and cleaning crew was very lound in the morning
Very disappointed! We were very disappointed with the room. It looked dirty, the floors looked like they had not been vacumned. Not kept up at all. Old an in need of repairs and updating!
Clean and cheap, but kinda stinky The hotel itself is in excellent shape. It seems modern or recently updated and was comfortable. However our non-smoking room had a stench of stale cigarettes. Also, at the main entrance where there are. I smoking signs, one of the employees was smoking when we came in. Kinda gross as your first impression of the place. I suppose it should be expected for the price.
