Out of date stove old TV old furniture old bedding put dated

Our reservation was all messed up! We get to our room a suite and there was no coffee maker, ok maybe in a regular room its a requested item but not in rhe Suites. The phone in our room was not working so i couldnt call the front desk to ask for a coffee maker. I think upper management needs to go visit this particular venue and make some well needed changes.

Room smelled horribly. Sheets and comforter unclean. Bed hard. Furnishings dingy. No real, substantial breakfast.

Will never stay at this hotel chain again. A bad experience. The blanket had cigarette holes. Linens were scratchy and uncomfortable. The room smelled like burnt food. The rugs are shabby and feel dirty. The bathroom has the most annoying fan connected to the light so you cant be in the bathroom without it on. It’s so loud that it will wake up anyone trying to sleep in the room and you cant even carry on a conversation while its on. The fan is completely ineffective so what is the point? Not the best The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly but the hotel is dirty and has a serious bug problem

Worst hotel I've ever been to This hotel was disgusting. There was mold, hair clumps, and dead bugs everywhere. Only one light worked, so I can only imagine the additional grossness we would have seen if all the lights were on. This hotel is truly a place out of my nightmares. Do not stay here!

Bugs!!! I stayed a maximum of half an hour! This hotel is dingy and a little bit offputting when you walk in. There were either fleas or bedbugs in the bed in the room, needless to say I did not stay!

We reserved 3 rooms with two double beds, when we checked in they didn't have available. With two kids and two adults one bed just wasn't gonna work and we were stuck!! Couldn't cancel at that point we were there for my daughters wedding! It was a nightmare!
