Horrible staff. Stay away! booked a room, hotel calls me stating they don’t have that and I will have to be downgraded but will still charge with the same amount of money. This happened Wednesday night and whoever was your front desk, I would highly suggest you retrain her on how to talk to people politely or find someone who’s more interested in the job. Location is confusing. Front desk made me wait to go and check my room upstairs for like 5 min? Why? The room was not ready maybe? Just wondering.
