Con't sleep,people coming in and out ,could hear baby cieing all nights, elevator didn't work all the time, no coffee or breakfast, no coffee pot in the room and bed was uncomfortable, door key would lock us out all the time,we would not stay there the next time

Never again A whole entire firearm came missing from my room an the manager informed me she would check the cameras but never got back to me about anything. And then the staff just be trying to wall in people's room to ask them if they extending or leaving. Obviously if I don't check out by 11 then I am staying so what are you knocking on the door for. Always have that silver thing up cuz they can't get in like that.

The staff was friendly with an easy check-in process. However, you can hear when people are walking down the hallway and talking. There was no iron & ironing board located in the hotel when I asked, and the smell of the elevator and hallway wasn't pleasant. I have no plans of returning to this hotel even though it was a short stay.
