Not up to Holiday Inn standards This extended stay hotel room had no dishes, cooking equipment or even a microwave in the kitchenette. The ac had to be turned off and then back on three times during the night because it stopped cooling the room. I know it is November but it is still almost 90 degrees in Houston. The curtains on the window were coming off track and did not close completely.

You need to bring everything I was surprised to learn that the hotel did not provide anything past the very basic minimum. There is no hairdryer, no ice bucket, no hangers for the closet, no dishes for the kitchen, no cooking utensils or pots or pans. It was just the naked room with beds and sheets, and towels and a TV. If you go there for an extended Stay, bring everything. Another thing, the ad said I would have a skyline view, however I was on the first floor looking into the parking lot.

Only if it’s strictly necessary Not a nice hotel but its well located. I was there two nights and the house keeping did not even clean nor organized my room. Lobby had a really bad smell.

broken shower upon checking in the staff made us leave and come back said she lost track of time and did not have rooms ready yet for check in. Upon getting in room found numerous items inoperative the frig doors were swapped with the opening handle on the wrong side making it very difficult to open. The control handle for the shower was broken and the water ran in the tub the complete stay. I notified the staff and nothing was accomplished while i was there nor was i offered to move rooms even.

Convenient but dirty and dingey Had to switch rooms due to poor working condition of AC and of bathroom. Internet upgrade unsatisfactory. Bed and linens were not comporatble

Place where party people stay. The hotel was understaffed and the bathroom had the bathtub cover breaking away. Their we're Burns stains in the kitchen and the dressers and dried on food and glue on them. The hotel itself is in a great location but gets the party crowd needing somewhere to stay to be close to parties. We had fights, loud music, rude guest, mad overnight desk worker, and people using their cars to block the entrance. Not worth the price.

Was not comfortable staying in this room. It was dirty and had bed bugs!
