price was low but quality horrible we could've stayed at Hotel Derek across the street for an extra $25-30 - bad choice not spending the extra cash. our room had cig burns on counter tops, crappy kitchen area, very old carpet and stained carpet all thru the hallways.

Not recommended The room was not clean when I arrived. The pillows smell. People were smoking illegal drugs in the hotel and you could smell it in the hallways. I have stayed here twice and neither time was the room clean when I arrived.

On arrival to check in the clerk stated the computers are re-booting and have to wait 30-45 minuets to check in. This was a big inconvenience wasting 30-40 minuets sitting in the lobby

I was very disappointed with this facility. If stay America is a hotel you’re thinking of booking think again. First of all there was no one at the front desk to help customers. I had to call out and waited for like 10 minutes for someone to help me. Second there is no house keeping service unless you stay for at least 7days. Third you have to bring your dirty towels to front desk to get a new ones. Finally we spent two days without hot water. To top it all off the staff members were unfriendly and rude. Staff was horrible I arrived at the hotel and staff told me they were overbooked. They were rude and nonchalant about over booking me. Please don’t give them your time or money

Très très moyen avions commende une chambreavec 2 lits avons eu une chambre 1 lit expédia nous facture 2 lits nous sommes très mécontent car pas d autre possibilité sur place

Disappointing hotel If you are looking for an extended stay with services, do NOT stay here. The rooms were old, felt dirty, (outside of refrig dirty), homeless people near by plus NO breakfast just protein bars (when they had them). WiFi didn't work (only if you paid more money); TV was horrible, kept freezing up when it did work and the AC made noise going & off. I left as food as I could - would NOT recommend hotel.

Hotel (si así se puede llamar) de mugrosos y... Limpian el cuarto cada 3 días!!!, Te ofrecen desayuno incluido. (y solo dan café y galletas). NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADIE! Su publicidad es engañosa... El "hotel" es viejo y con poco mantenimiento.

did not have the room I reserved in January for an April date. Rude front desk and said "Oh well, you reserved with a third party." Hotels.com. I have never had this happen and will NEVER stay at this change again.
