Below average hotel close to the Galleria Hotel was very unpleasant. The room has very old furniture, an old funny smell when you go in the room, no one came to bring towels or take old ones my entire stay, the front desk guy was not very welcoming at all, & my freezer didnt work properly in which i didnt find out until the items i put in it went bad.

Poorly managed and run down! Front desk was sloppy and unresponsive to specific issues with the room. This place is run down and very poorly managed. Spend a few extra $ and go somewhere else. This hotel should be avoided at all costs! Thoroughly dissapointing experience.

they clean rooms every week, no sop, shampoo, brea this was the worst motel i have seen in my life. only some staffs were good.

Truely disappointed housekeeping wasn't included, the room had a wierd smell, only one elevator worked and smelled like a dirty toilet.

Great rate for the area, lacks cleanliness Looks fine from the outside and is a good location. However, the lobby and hallways smell like sewage or gas. Another customer complained about it as I was checking and all the clerk said was she had "submitted a ticket" and explained the manager had to handle it. The odor was very strong and I would have considered it an emergency. The room appeared clean and didn't smell as bad as the hallway so I stayed. worse experience ever bad everything, not us to the mark, bad service, room was not clean, old sheets and towels. manager Marqui was not helpful at all.

Not worth the savings. This Extended Stay is in a location near several high-end hotels in the Galleria area. However, it is not worth the savings from other options. This hotel is run down, lacking any pride of ownership. You'll be left wondering what the mystery stains are on the walls and furniture. Exactly who does the hair belong to in the bathroom and kitchen areas? What is that rhythmic pounding in the room next door?
