Great location but not worth the small difference in cost to move to another hotel. Room wasn’t clean and there were small bugs (maybe ants) on the counter. I relocated to another hotel in the area.

Bad 2 nites Many room problems this week. Been here before and not many real problems but the past 2 nites were different. I’ll complain and hopefully get some positive action from ESA.

Dismal rooms This should be a nice hotel; however, it is not. It is in a nice location but the rooms are dismal and the furniture looks like it was bought at a used motel sale. I walked in the room to find a yard-long 1 x 2 piece of wood, snapped in two, laying next to the bed. And the owner must be very cost conscious because there is no decent light in the room. THE MOST DISGUSTING HOTEL IN THE GALLARIA AREA. FILTHY STINKY REPULSIVE HOTEL I used this hotel as an inexpensive solution for extremely early flight I checked in at 6pm and my flight was for 4am. My bad. - Room RAUNCHES of mothballs, it is so strong it made my suitcase smell and I only stayed one night. - Filthy!! Not just dirty. Unhappy I've stayed at this location a number of times in the past with no problem until recently the lack of cleanliness this past stay has turned me away from the Extended Stay Family the restroom is usually the cleanest spot in the room yet this location had roaches in the shower which made bathing difficult when I told management she just laughed no apology or offer to relocate to a new room. Not looking for a freebie as I said I am done with ESA just common courtesy.

Disgusting This hotel was disgusting. The floors in the "kitchen" were sticky, the comforter had stains on it, the "kitchen" was hardly functionable, and our room didn't get cleaned at ALL during our 3 night stay. The breakfast included was lukewarm coffee and a packet of dry oatmeal. I asked the front desk lady what the cancellation policy was.
