Horrible service I will never consider Extended Stay Hotels after this visit. Dirty, unreliable staff, and no hospitality whatsoever. From the moment we got there, we had to wait 1 hour for a room because they explained that they over booked. When we asked for new towels, we were told to hand over our "dirty rags" in order to get new fresh ones. The shower was smelly and I felt dirtier after. Lost and found (stolen) Main issue I had was that I'm positive I left my reading glasses on the tv stand, but when I called the front desk to see if the glasses had been turned into the lost and found they told me the glasses were no where to be found.

Hotel nightmare!!! 1. Don't bother calling and asking for more towels, they will tell you to bring your dirty ones to the front desk to "exchange" them. You would think since we have a Credit card with them they would trust you with their towels. I'm not a big guy but it's hard to dry off with a 1 x 2.5 size towel. 2. We are staying on the 3rd floor and it smells like feet, wet dog, mixed in with Chinese food. I have yet to stop by the 2nd floor and see what it smells like but maybe they don't have people cooking their garba... read more

Nice city, bad hotel Shower head had poor water flow, there was no housekeeping, attendant was rude, "breakfast" was a granola bar. Probably the worst hotel experience in the last decade.

Cheap rates but cheap living The hotel was among the least expensive in the Galleria area but you do get what you pay for. No maid service for the 4 days I was there resulting in the single, small garbage can overflowing. The microwave was dirty inside and the refrigerator had mold and stains, but only on the outside. The dresser drawers had dirt and hair - enough so that I left my clothes out. The lobby was non-existent and the breakfast was minimal, prepackaged, and often lacking in coffee. Not so clean! This hotel is in a great area, but the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There was hair all over the bathroom when I checked in. The headboard and walls had stuff all over them.. very dirty room. Not sure they even vacuumed. Bed was so hard I could not sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrific experience all around. Booking was complicated with agent, which was unexpected. The computers were down on arrival so we had to sit in the parking lot for over an hour in the middle of the night. During this time we encountered prostitute and drug dealers who were not approached by the "security" at the location. When returning to the desk to check if computers were up and we could get our room the clerk verbally assaulted us claiming we should be charged extra and citing a rule list for his erroneous statements.
